Kim Keat Hokkien Prawn Mee in Singapore

Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee 炒福建虾面 @ Kim Keat Hokkien Mee 金吉炒福建面 (Ocean 92 Eating House, Blk 92 Toa Payoh Lorong 4) • Price: $5

Kim Keat 金吉 certainly serves my favourite version of Fried Hokkien Mee. I would regard the well-fried and al dente dish as the dry version. Thin Vermicelli was used and it soaked up the rich Prawn Stock without being soggy. At $5, the noodle portion was reasonably big, with two fresh Big Prawns. But the sizes and portions for both Sliced Pork Belly and Sliced Squid were really small. After a good mix with the not-too-spicy Chilli Paste and Calamansi Juice, the dish was really delicious!
